Any future agreement/contract will be subject to compliance with and, if required, licensing under applicable U.S. Laws and regulations, including U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations including but not limited to, the Export Administration Regulations administered by the U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the economic sanctions and assets control regulations administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.
